History: The Worcester Hurling Club (WHC) came together in the Winter of 2009-2010 , as a dozen men in the Worcester area who frequented the Grey Hound Pub in Kelley Square, inquired with the owner about how to establish a Hurling team. One thing led to another, and we are now training weekly, and held our historic first match on May 8, 2010.
Please join us for this historic opportunity. We welcome seasoned veterans and rookies, young and old.
WHEN: Training Sessions are back! We are currently playing at 12 on Saturday and 5:00 on Sundays every week. If you are interested in playing, come down to a practice or email one of the team's officers.
WHERE: Lake Park, 40 North Lake Avenue, Worcester, MA.
You are welcome to join us ! Please bring a Hurling helmet, a hurley, and some spikes if possible, but we can also help newcomers with equipment as well.
